Part of Seminole County Public Schools, the city of Altamonte Springs' public schools include nine public elementary schools serving kindergarten through fifth grades, three public middle schools serving sixth through eighth grades, and two public high schools for ninth through twelfth graders.

Ideally situated at the cross-roads of Interstate 4 and State Road 436, Altamonte Springs is approximately 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
